KOTA KINABALU: The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) Ministry held a fellowship with the recently baptized Neophytes at the St Simon Catholic Church Likas parish hall on Pentecost Sunday.
The ministry’s head, Magdalene Chu, said among those present were the confirmands and their families and sponsors, representatives from the Parish Pastoral Council and various heads of ministries, also those who were initiated in the last few years.
Highlights of the event, attended by some 80 people, included pep talk by parish priest Fr Cosmas Lee, song presentation, and some lively testimonies by the Neophytes themselves.
Some ministry heads also introduced their ministries to the neophytes in the hope that all of them would be involved actively in some ministry.
