Pentecost Sunday marked the conclusion of the Parish Mission which ran from April 29 to May 24. A fellowship was held after the Mass in appreciation of the Redemptorist priests Fr Joseph Stephen (Ipoh), Fr Suresh Pushparaj (India) and Fr Paul Kee (Ipoh) for their effort in carrying out the Parish Mission.
The event also marked parish priest Fr Cosmas Lee’s (advanced) 65th birthday and Legion of Mary’s 17th anniversary as a Ministry, including a warm welcome to the Neophytes. There was also a certificate presentation ceremony following Fr Cosmas’ brief address.
